Telephone/SMS Policy & Opt-in

Users & customers of https://cursion.dev, https://api.cursion.dev, and https://app.cursion.dev have the option to request SMS alerts be sent directly to their phone number. The official opt-in session occurs when a user or customer acesses any of the afformentioned websites and adds their phone number to an Alert. The opt-out sessions occurs when a user or customer removes their number from the Alert.
